Hosted Fist Annual UNGA Side Event

On September 17th, the DUSUSU Foundation held its first ever UNGA side event to shine a spotlight on the incredible power of youth in tackling the world's most pressing challenges. In attendance were the US Ambassador to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, CEO of the UN Foundation, Malaak Compton-Rock, many foreign diplomats, and dignitaries.

Femcare Initiative

The DUSUSU Foundation partnered with a local South African femcare manufacturer to empower girls with the essential tools needed to pursue their education with confidence. By providing free femcare supplies to girls across Alexandra, Soweto, and Johannesburg, they helped break down the barriers that prevent girls from attending school.
